A Memorable 5-Day Honeymoon Adventure: Celebrating Mr. and Mrs. Emasu Sande
Fresh from exchanging vows on January 19th, 2025, Mr. and Mrs. Emasu Sande embarked on a beautiful 5-day honeymoon trip crafted to strengthen their bond and create lasting memories. The newlyweds were treated to a carefully curated experience across some of Eastern Uganda’s most romantic and scenic locations.
The journey began with an adrenaline-filled ziplining adventure at Griffin Falls, a thrilling activity that brought the couple even closer as they soared through the forest canopy together. This shared challenge was the perfect way to kick-start their new life with excitement and trust.
From there, the couple enjoyed a serene and romantic boat cruise at the Source of the Nile, where they soaked in the breathtaking views and peaceful waters. They spent this part of their honeymoon at the Source of the Nile Garden Hotel, relishing tranquil moments as they transitioned from the excitement of the wedding into the calm of married life.
Next, the couple journeyed to Mbale, where they stayed at the Wash and Wills Hotel, enjoying some precious alone time in a cozy and private setting. Their next stop was an enriching experience at the Sera Wild Coffee Farm in Chema, where they learned about the local coffee-making process and even tried their hand at it, adding a warm, flavorful touch to their romantic adventure.
One of the highlights of their trip was a visit to the majestic Sipi Falls, where the cascading waters and natural beauty provided a picturesque backdrop for love and reflection. Returning to Mbale, the couple spent the night at CW Mbale Cottages, waking up to a breathtaking morning view of the Wanale Mountain Ridge—a perfect sight to begin a new day together.
The trip concluded with a lively market day shopping experience, where Mr. and Mrs. Sande collected souvenirs and shared joyful moments before driving back to Kampala.
